If you've been having trouble receiving emails from your platform, there are different ways we can help.
You can start by checking your email subscription settings to make sure that your platform is indeed sending you emails.
It is possible that our emails are being blocked or sent to your Spam folder and labelled as Junk Mail. That is unfortunate but you can add our platform email server to your contacts to make sure that your email account registers it.
