If you are encountering problems with your password the best option is probably to reset it. The only thing that you will need to know is the email address that is linked to your account.
Start by heading to your platform. On the sign-in screen click on "I forgot my password", as shown below.
Then insert your email address.
If the email address is valid, you will receive an email with the link to select a new password.
Note: If you encounter a problem or if you can't remember which email address is linked to your account, you can also ask your platform administrator or Client Success Manager from Trusted Family to send you the link directly.
