To create a new article, simply navigate to a folder where you want the new content to be located. As with adding a file or folder, press the + button in the upper corner. You will now see an option for Create Article.
You will then be given the option to title your new article and select who has access to it.
When creating new content like this, adding the date in a recognizable format is a great way to keep your files clean.
(For example, Family council meeting February < Family council meeting_20180214)
Once you have added your title and sharing permissions, press create! You will now have a blank canvas to work with. It is periodically saved as you type. Click Publish when done!
You can add text by just starting to type.
Add photos, files and videos by using the blue + button on the right side
Create bullet points or lists by putting an * then pressing the space bar (*+Space)
To add a hyperlink, highlight the text you want to add a link to and press the link button.
Add headers by highlighting and pressing the large H
Bold, italicize and underline by highlighting your text and pressing the corresponding button.
