Add a new member to your platform

Follow the steps below to add one or more new members to your platform:

  1. Click on Organisation settings at the bottom of your left side menu

  2. Click on the second option: Access and roles

  3. Click on the + Add Members button at the top right corner;

  4. Copy/paste the email address or enter it directly in the dedicated field that pops up and click Invite @email to the platform

  5. Add a check next to all the Spaces the new member should be added to

  6. You will then have the option of sending the invitation at a later stage. If you don't opt for this, the members will instantly receive the invitation to join. 

  7. Click on the Add button.

Tip: You can input and add multiple emails at once, instead of having to add all users one by one. And if you choose to invite users later, you can also mass invite all uninvited users at the same time from the  Access & roles page.

Caution: Adding a member to a Space will give him/her access to all the content inside that Space.
