Answer a request for Digital Signature
You've been requested to sign a document? Follow the next steps to proceed
- Open the document.
- Click on Start to initiate.
- Click on the highlighted signature field
- Fill the signature elements in.
- Click on Complete to finalise the process
- Once the signing process is concluded, you will be prompted with a choice to Upload a certificate that is stored on your local device or to Sign with a single use certificate.
Note: Once either the local certificate or the sign use certificate has been applied, the signing process will be concluded and an additional page will be added to the document with an audit trail of the actions recorded during the signing process.
