Learn how to update & customize your file notifications.
1. Within your Space, locate the menu at the top of the window and choose the Files module. Next, click on the three dots "..." located next to Space Files.
2. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select your preferred notification type. Once you've made your choice, click on the Save button to confirm your selection.
Tip: At this point, you are configuring notifications for every file and folder within your space.
Note: A "Push" or "Push Notification" is an alert sent by the Trusted Family 2 (TF2) app and will only received on devices where the app is downloaded and where you have signed in. This is not the same as a text message.
3. To customize your notification settings for a specific folder, click on the three dots "..." located to the right of the folder name. This will open the same pop-up window as before, where you can choose your desired notification type. After making your selection, click the Save button to apply your changes.
4. To modify or adjust any of the notification settings you've previously set up, simply click on your name located in the lower left-hand corner of the window, and then select My Settings from the menu that appears.
5. Navigate to the Notifications section and click on the three dots ... next to the notification settings labeled Space-specific notifications. Once the pop-up window appear, you can make the desired adjustments to your settings. Once you've finished, be sure to click the Save button to apply your changes.
