      Email Notification Control

      When creating an announcement, you have the flexibility to choose whether to send email notifications.

      1. Once you are ready to publish your announcement, click Create

      2. You can toggle the Send email about this announcement button on or off

      3. Click Publish once you have chosen to send a notification or not. Either way, the post will show up in announcements.

       

      If the "Send email about announcement" option is turned off, the announcement will be published without an email notification. If it's turned on, all users of the space will receive an email notification for the announcement.
