Your guide to optimal design of images

Here is your guide to making your platform design look amazing throughout the whole platform!

1. Platform header (Web)

Although the header can be cropped or extend according to your preferences, we usually recommend a rectangle with a size of 1540 x 511 px and in the format .SVG or .PNG.

We advice to upload your image with a transparent background, for an optimal visual rendering.

2. Platform Icon (mobile & notifications)

The platform's icon is a perfect square. We usually recommend a size of min. 500 x 500 px and in the format .SVG or .PNG.

3. Shortcuts

For shortcuts, we suggest using images with a size of minimum 590 x 1050 px in the formats .SVG or .PNG

4. Event's banners

Make your event or meeting extra appealing by adding a nice cover image. Various sizes are possible as the display will automatically adapt to the size of the screen (Pc, smartphone, tablet,..).

In case you have a specific image that can't be cropped, the ideal display in the calendar view is size 1000 x 720 px in .SVG or .PNG format.

5. Folders thumbnails

The ideal size for folder thumbnails is 1000 x 720 px in .SVG or .PNG format.
