Guide to the Vault Manager Interface

Easily learn how to navigate in vault management with this quick overview

  1. Navigate to Vault manager by selecting in the lower left hand corner of the menu bar

  2. At the top you will either choose Vaults or Distributions. We will start with reviewing the Vaults.
  3. In the Vaults view, vault managers have a table overview of all the vaults across all the Vault Management groups they are a part of. Within the table, vault managers can sort what is displayed in the table by filtering based on Management Group, Members [of the vault], and Labels that have been applied to files within a vault.

  4. Vault managers can easily create new vaults by clicking the blue plus button at the top underneath vaults and then following the steps in this article on creating new organization vaults.
  5. And lastly, vault managers can easily search for specific vaults in the search bar next to the blue plus.

  6. To navigate through the other view and upload files, select Distributions at the top.
  7. In this view, vault managers can easily navigate through tables that track either All Distributions, those In Progress, or Completed Distributions. And if vault managers are part of multiple management groups, they can filter their management groups by selecting From.

  8. Vault Managers can initiate a new distribution by selecting the blue plus button at the top again, and then following the steps in this article about distributing files in vaults.
  9. And lastly vault managers can use the search bar to find particular files that have completed distribution or are in the distribution process.
