      How to activate the Family Tree module

      You can activate the Family Tree on a space by space basis

      1. Navigate to the desired space where you want to activate the family tree module

      2. Click on the setting wheel in the upper right-hand corner to open the Space settings

      3. Select Modules from the pop up Space settings window

      4. Scroll down and click on the ✅ Start using Family Tree button

      5. A pop-up window will appear, click Yes to confirm you want to start using the Family Tree

      6. Go back to the modules, then select the settings wheel to right of Family Tree, and choose the starting member of the family tree to select the person you want to be the root of the tree (you can still build backwards or forward).

      Note:
      All the data of the family tree is saved between spaces. But you can adjust the display of the family tree on a space by space basis by choosing to "Start Family Tree with..." different profiles. This could be useful for family branch spaces that don't want to display the entire tree.
