How to activate Private Vaults

Learn how to turn on Private Vaults for all platform members

1. Select Organisation Settings in the bottom left corner of menu bar.

Note:
Only Organisation Owners can activate the Private Vault feature. Once activated, they can not be turned off again.

2. In the pop-up window, navigate down and select Security & Data. Once there, click on Activate Private Vaults.

3. To finalize your selection, choose the Confirm button in the pop-up window.

4. You will now see the Private Vault displayed on the platform, located directly below the Vaults tab.

Tip:

Private vaults are a great place for individuals to store information that is viewable only by themselves. Sharing with others is not possible nor the intended use case of the "My Private Vault" feature. For shared vaults, they will need to be created by a vault manager and can be viewed the the vaults section.
