      How to add a watermark

      Add a watermark to images as an extra measure of protection on secure documents

      1. Go to Files module and select the PDF document you wish to add a watermark

      2. Click on the 3 dots "..." to bring up the options menu, and click on the Access button

      3. In the pop up window, select the Rules button

      4. Enable the Add watermark button

      Pro Tip: You can choose to both Prevent download and Add a watermark for the highest level of security on a sensitive document
