View Announcements Statistics

Gain insights into how your announcements are performing by checking view statistics — including who saw it, how many times it was viewed, and the first/last time each member accessed it.

Follow the next steps:

1. Navigate to the announcement you want to check and click on the three dots  button "•••" on the upper right corner of the announcement.

2. From the menu that appears, click on Access.

3. Click on Statistics — it’s the third option from the right.

Now you can see:

• A list of who viewed the announcement

• The total number of views per person

• The first and most recent time they viewed it
