Vault Management Groups are used to divide management of Organization Vaults between different subgroups of people.
1. Scroll to the bottom of the menu on the left hand side of the platform and select Vault Manager.
2. Next, click on the 3 dots (...) in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. Then select Vaults settings.
4. Once inside Vaults settings, click on the blue button labeled + Create management to begin setting up your new management group.
5. Give your new vault management group a name by typing in the box underneath Management name *.
6. Add your vault managers by clicking in the box labeled Search members and selecting the members that you want to be included in this management group.
7. Finally, click Create and you will have successfully created a new Vault Management Group.
Note:
Vault managers can also see the vaults that they managed. So the Vault Managers of the "My Clients" vault management group would only be able to see the vaults that are managed by that group, unless they as an individual are part of multiple management groups.
