You can now easily use the in-platform newsletter tool to share the latest family or business updates
1. On the bottom left of your screen, under Other, click on the Newsletter tab.
2. To start a newsletter from scratch, click on the plus “+” button. If you wish to continue a newsletter you previously drafted, click on Drafts and select the one you want to edit.
3. Choose a template if you want to start with a predefined layout, or select Blank Template to build your newsletter from scratch.
Note: By default, the name of your newsletter will match the title of the template. Don’t forget to rename it if you want to easily find it later.
4. From the Elements tab, drag and drop content blocks, such as images, text, dividers, or space, directly into your newsletter.
Under Styles, customize your newsletter’s appearance. You can define the background color, adjust layout settings, and add the email subject line from the tab Preheader. From there, you will also be able to modify the look and feel and your text and headings or the buttons you had in your newsletter.
In the Layers tab, rearrange with a drag and drop the order of your content blocks to organize your newsletter exactly as you want.
5. Preview your newsletter by clicking on Computer or Mobile to see how it will display before sending.
6. When you are happy with the final result, select Save to keep all your changes, and if needed, send a test email to yourself or another email.
7. After saving your newsletter you will be redirect to the main page of that newsletter. Click on Add recipients to select who will receive your newsletter. A pop-up window will open. There, select members or choose an entire space. You can also import a list of emails.
8. Finally, you can choose to send your newsletter now or schedule it for later. Click on Send Now or Schedule.
9. Go back on the main page to track the status of your email deliveries. You can at any time decide to add more recipients to your newsletter.
