Integrating a Zoom link to an event

Now you can easily add a Zoom link to your event, directly from your Trusted Family Platform!

Integrating with Events Module

  1. Navigating to Events: In Trusted Family, go to the Events module within a Space. Click on the plus + button to create a new event or select an existing event to edit.

  2. Adding Zoom to Your Event:
  • Below the “Time and Date” settings in the event creation or editing page, locate the “Video Conferencing” section.

  • Copy and paste the URL for a video conference link or click the Add Zoom Link button.

Note: In order to add a Zoom link to an event, you first need to set a time and date. 


  • Trusted Family will automatically include the joining options for the Zoom meeting based on your Zoom account settings.


Note: You can edit the meeting settings for a scheduled meeting in Zoom or Trusted Family!
