Invite guests from other spaces to your event
Here's how to invite members that don't belong to a Space
Have an event in one space and want to invite members from other spaces? You can easily do that - without giving them access to the entire space. Invited guests from other spaces will only be able to view the event and its details. Here is how to do so:
1. Go to your event and scroll down to the guest list. Click on the "Add invitees" or the plus "+" button in the top left corner.
2. A menu will appear with options to add members or add spaces. Select confirm once you have made your selection.

Add members tab: Search for and select individual members, which includes members from other spaces.

Add spaces: Select an entire space to invite all its members at once.
Now that you have added your invitees, you’ll see everyone listed in the invite section. Guests who are not part of the event’s primary space will be clearly labeled Not in space, making it easy to identify who you’ve invited from outside the space.
Note: Invitees not belonging to the space will not become members of this space. They do not see any content in that Space; only the essentials to engage with your event.
