Here's a step-by-step guide on how to invite all members from a different space to an event.
1. Go to the Space that you want to invite to another Space's event.
2. Click on Members
3. Click on the three dots "..." on the top left hand side and click on Export list.
4. Select any columns, just make sure you include the emails. Hit Export to and choose Export XLSX.
5. Take any empty cell and copy the following formula:
English: =TEXTJOIN("," , TRUE , B2:B5000)
Français: =JOINDRE.TEXTE(",";VRAI;B2:B5000)
Note: The formula might need translation in case your settings are not in english.
6. Copy the cell with all emails, and go to your event on your platform. Click on +Add invitees.
7. Paste it in the field on top. Click Invite.
