- Navigate to the space where you’d like to post your announcement, or start from the home page (you’ll still be prompted to select a space before publishing), and click on the "Make an announcement."

- In the announcement box, you can type a message. Then, select "Add media or files" to select the photos you will be sharing.

- Click "Create" to move to the publishing options.

- In the pop up page, you can:

- Disable comments and reactions if you don’t want members to comment or react to your post
- Send a notification to all users, even if they have notifications turned off (useful for important announcements)

- Click "publish" once you are ready to share!
