Private notes

For any files, events, polls, videos, etc., add and/or review private notes that are completely personal to you. This will allow you to use them if you have a presentation with other members or if you simply want make note of specific thoughts

1. Navigate to the space and the Files  or Events module where you want to add your private notes 
   
   
   
   
2. In the file / event / survey / video, the private note section is located at the top right corner when the file is opened
   
   
   
   
3. Add your notes  by selecting "Click here" to enable visibility
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the eye icon to hide or view your notes once created
