How to remove a member from the platform

Removing a member from your platform is a straightforward process.

1. Navigate to the bottom left corner of your screen and select Organisation Settings.

2. Navigate to the Access & Roles section where you can view all members on your platform, both active and deleted users.

3. Click on the three dots (...) located at the right side of the user's profile, then select Remove.

4. Once you have made your selection, finalize the process by clicking on the Remove option within the pop-up window.

 

Note: Only the Platform Owner can remove users from the platform. This will instantly block the user from login in.

Pro Tip: You can follow the same steps to restaure a removed user. After clicking on the three dots (...), you will just have to select Restaure User.
