Find and Start Chats with Other Members

Easily communicate with other members through the chat feature

Follow the next steps:

  1. Click on Chat in the left hand menu bar

  2. Select who you want to have a conversation with:
    1. All the members of a Space
    2. All the members invited to a specific event/meeting
    3. One or more specific members via Direct Messages. To start a direct message, simply click the "+" sign next to Direct Messages, find the member you would like to chat with, and chat away

  3. If you have chats that are older than 30 days, you can switch out of the Recent view and toggle to the 30+ Days at the top of the chat application.

Note: The red icon indicates you have an unread chat. The number will reflect how many messages are unread. 

Pro tip: you can also tag members in the chat to notify them about a message & react to messages with emojis
