Toggling between Vault Views

Learn how to switch between the Inbox, Table, and Smart Folder view options within your vaults

1. To get to your vaults, click on My vaults in the left-hand menu bar.
   
2. There are three different views you can have within the private vaults. The first one is called the "Inbox View" and you can switch to it by clicking on the Inbox button in the upper right-hand corner. This view lists files by distribution.
   
3. Once in this view, you can filter to view one or a few at a time by checking off the vaults you want to see on the left-hand side. If none are checked, the default is to show distributions from all.
   
4. You can change the order in which content is displayed by clicking on the Added button (an arrow with three lines) to toggle between newest first or oldest first.
   
   
5. The second vaults view is the "Table View" and you can switch to it by clicking on the Table button in the upper right-hand corner. This view lists vaults by file.
   
6. You can again filter by vault the same way as in the Inbox View. You can also filter files by Labels which are listed below the Vaults on the left-hand side. If none are checked, the default is to show all files. And you can again filter by order files were added.
   
7. The final and third vault view is the "Smart Folder View" and you can switch to it by clicking the final Smart Folder button in the upper right-hand corner. This view displays via first showing a thumbnail view of all your vaults.
   
8. If you click into a vault, you can see all files displayed as thumbnails and listed in order of either newest first or oldest first, and you can filter by tag by clicking on the tags listed at the top.
