As an admin, you can choose to display birthdays on the home page, in the calendar, or both.
- Select Organization Settings from the menu bar.
- In the pop-up window, select Advanced Settings.
- From there, you have the option to display Birthdays in the Home screen and/or in the Calendar. Toggle on either option, or both, to choose where you want birthdays to display.
- If you’ve chosen to display birthdays on the home screen, you can view them as a widget by clicking Home on the menu bar.
- If you’ve chosen to display birthdays in the calendar, navigate to the Calendar from the menu bar and toggle on Monthly Display to view birthday icons corresponding to individuals’ birthdates.
Note: Only platform owners can manage the Advanced Settings
Tip: Birthday data is pulled from a corresponding Birthday field in Member Settings which members can then respond to in their profile. To create this field type, please reference our article on How to Create a Birthday Field for Members
