Date-picker: suggest date & time slots for your event/meeting

Increase your chances of reuniting everyone for your next event or meeting. Here are the few steps to help you set it up and close the poll.

1. Propose different dates and time slots

Suggest different options to choose from.

1. Go to the Events tab of a Space and create a new event by clicking on the +button then hit Create Event.

2. Choose the second option named Propose time options.

3. Add the different dates/times amongst which the guests will be able to choose by clicking on the +button.

4. Click on Update at the top of the window.

Pro tip:

Add a little note when you send the invitations out to request everyone to vote for the dates before a certain deadline.

 

2. Confirm the date and time

Announce the official date and time of the meeting after your guests have voted for their preferred time slots.

1. Click on the little pencil to edit the events details (symbol located at the top right corner of the window).

2. Select the schedule with the highest number of votes and click on Update.

3. At this point, you will be prompted to decide whether you wish to inform your guests about any changes made to the event. If you choose not to notify the guest, simply click on Do not Notify. Alternatively, if you opt to notify them, select the recipients, craft a message, and then click on Notify Guests.
