Manage the visibility of your event

You have the flexibility to designate an event as private, ensuring that only invited guests can view the event and access its details.

1. After creating your event, proceed to invite your guests. To ensure privacy, navigate to the bottom of your window and enable the "Limit Event Visibility" option, making your event private.

2. Return to your calendar to confirm the event’s privacy status. Private events will display the “Guest Only” label.

 3. At any time, you may make your event visible to all users again. Simply return to your event and disable the “Limit Event Visibility” option. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Proceed to confirm your choice by selecting Make Public.
