Here's how to invite members that don't belong to a Space
After creating your meeting or event in a dedicated space, follow the steps below to invite special external guests to join the fun.
1. Go to your event and scroll down to the guest list. Click on the plus "+" button in the top right corner.
2. Type the email of your guest(s) and click on "Invite [email]" and hit "Invite" in the top right corner.
Note: Invitees not belonging to the space, will be added as guests to the event. They will not become members of this space.
3. Tags will automatically be added to distinguish your guests.
You will find members from other spaces tagged with Not in space. While members that are completely external to your platform will be marked as Guest.
4. Your guests will receive an invitation to join the event. Here's how the email will look for them:
Note: Guests have a restricted view. They do not see Spaces, Vaults or To-do's, but only the essentials to engage with your event. Below is the guest's view of your platform.
