      Disable the downloading of a file

       

      For sensitive materials that are highly confidential, downloading of the file can be disabled.  

      1. Open the file (video, audio, document, image)
      2. Click on the settings wheel at the top left corner
      3. Select Edit

      4. In the new window, select Disable the download of the file
      5. Click Save

      Please note that this only disables the ability to download the original file via the platform. It does not stop users taking screenshots, screen scraping or downloading the preview using the browser.
