From time to time, we recommend to check which members haven't signed in for a while on the platform and to reach out to them to understand why.
Step 1: Check who hasn't signed in for a while
To do that, you can:
1. Export members to excel then sort by "last_activity_at"
2. Go to members and filter by 'Account', 'Last activity'
This will give you a list of who hasn't connected since a specific date.
Step 2: Reach out to them with a personalised email to understand what may be the issue
Here is a template email you can use & adapt:
I hope you are well! I wanted to check in with you to see how we can help you get the most out of [The Wayne Family platform].
It would be great if you could help us answer the following questions:
1. Do you receive the email notifications from the platform?
2. Do you still know your login and password to access the website?
