Wondering why some members are not active on the platform? This might be due to an invalid email address. Follow the next steps to find which members are facing this issue preventing them to activate their account.
1. Go to the 'members' app on your platform
2. Click on 'Filters' next to the search bar
3. Type 'Issues' and select the right option.
4. Select 'invalid email'
5. By clicking on the cog. wheel, you will be able to export those members and generate an Excel file with all the required information to contact them
Tip: Contact those users personally to ask whether they changed their email address or whether they need help to activate their account.
